check out the Walton Group http://www.waltoninternational.com/ They buy un-improved land outside the growth area & they only invest in an area showing growth and with enough land that they can become the primary land hold in the area. Then they work with cities/counties to regularize the land or rezoned whatever is necessary. In the mean time they resell 90% of the land to investors and plan on a 4-6 year hold. My new blog |
