Rosaiah garu never asked favors with anyone but when T.Anjaiah Garuwas CM of Andhra Pradesh, Rosaiah Garu asked a favor. He took Anjaiah garu to Party Chief Smt.Indira Gandhi garu and congratulated Smt.Indira Gandhi for bringing Sri.Rajiv Gandhi into politics and said Rajivji has a great vision and he can change the India forever. And then he asked a favor. He asked to accommodate 2 young guys in the AP ministry and said these 2 guys will change the destiny of Andhra Pradesh. Smt.Indira Gandhi honored his request and asked Sri.Anjaiah Garu to to create 2 state minister positions and give the positions to these 2 people. These two young politicians were N.Chandrababu Naidu and YS.Rajashekhar Reddy. Rest is the history. Both of these gentlemen never forget the help of Rosaiah Garu and they always respected Rosaiah garu and often seeked his guidance and advise. That is the vision and character of Dr.Rosaiah Garu.
