i dont agree. if you give that kind of powers to a group of people you will end up 99.99% people living according to what .001% people think is best for everyone else. if the way of life that ramdev preaches is so good, it will catch on without govt imposing anyway | ||

how?...japan, china are very much dependent on american markets
what percentage of the world speak english?....nobody is saying we should neglect english...the point here is our school education should be in mother tongue...at a higher level you can have option to learn english as a language....meeru basic services india lo sarigga levu ani argue chestaaru kadha.....keeping ethical, moral and effectiveness of english education aside....can you evaluate the cost of teaching reading&writing in a foreign language at school level for a country like india....how much additional infrstructure is required?....what is the quality of english teaching?....just because a few elite and upper middle class can afford english education doesn't mean India can....what about home learning after school hours....how many parents in india can help their children in english....they will have no choice other than sending their kids to expensive english tutions
they may do that at higher level definetely not at tha cost of primary education in mother tongue

I have tremendous respect for the man and his contribution to reviving yoga and Ayurveda in the country... The yatra will travel 1300 km distance from Dwarka to north Gujarat’s Ambaji. Speaking at the beginning of his yatra, Baba Ramdev said during the course of his yatra, he will focus on three major problems that the nation is facing at present: black money, black laws and corruption. The yatra will also serve Bharat Swabhiman movement’s membership drive. Local BJP MLA of Dwarka, Shree Pabubha Manek, and many other local dignitaries were present when green flag was shown to kick start the yatra. Key Issues that are likely to be raised during yatra : BLACK MONEY AND CORRUPTION the biggest ENEMY of the INDIA. 1. Judiciary is giving judgments not justice. Judiciary , Education , Tax , Health systems need complete change. 2. Education should be given in Indian languages. If countries like Japan , China , Germany , France can do it India also can. India gave the world the first language – Sanskrit. 3. Countries like UK and USA are planning to impose restrictions on Ayurveda after 11 April 2011 because the high quality and cheap treatment given by Ayurvedic medicines is threatening the business of Global MNC who are selling poisons in the name medicine. 4. Indian government is taking steps towards popularizing Allopathy system by reducing the certificate course period to 3.5 years. Also government is taking steps to destroy Ayurvedic system by increasing the certificate course duration to 7 years. 5. Worldwide institutes are interested in knowing how yog-pranayam-ayurveda can cure diseases. But Indian government is all determined to destroy the Indian heritage of Ayurveda. 6. India made the world’s first ships . Bapu Talpade(Mumbai) designed the world’s first aircraft in 1894-1895 , 8 years before the Wright brothers. 7. India is not a Poor country , Indians are poor. 8. If the black money outside the country amounting to 300 lakh crore comes back to India , the economic circulation will become equal to 3000 lakh crore , nearly 18-20 Trillion dollar which is 3 times that of USA. 9. Half the country suffers from floods and the other half from droughts. 9. If corruption and black money is eradicated , then 50 crore people will get direct employment. 10. Bharat Nirman Yatra will begin from 2nd September(Janmashtami) from Dwarika. Within 2 years Ramdev will travel the whole country. The plans are ready and main aim will be to spread awareness. 11. Crores of poor people are pushed into alcoholism and the money they have is gained by big companies and hence the country’s GDP increase. Looting poor people , spreading alcoholism , cutting down forest reserves , exploitation of country’s natural resources increases the country’s GDP. Fertilizers are sold to farmers , making them poor , and then people become sick by eating contaminated food and hence medical expenditure increases. Hence GDP increases by making the rich richer and poor poorer. 8-10 lakh crore spend on alcohol. 25 lakh crore spend on medical treatment. 12. 108 villages will be covered in the 1st phase of Bharat Nirman yatra and they will be made healthy by promoting yog pranayam and practicing swadeshi. Setup of industries , education. 13. Don’t eat pungent Lauki. 14. Tremendous use of fertilizers is rapidly making all fruits and vegetables poisonous and making them disease causing in nature. 15. Indian Civilization is 1,96,08,73,110 years old. 16. Inflation will not stop unless proper agriculture techniques and most importantly Rain water harvesting policies are implemented. Unless the agricultural production does not increase inflation will not come down. 17. Government is not honest , has no responsibility and does not have any sense of nationalism. 18. People should control their diet and stop wasting food and save resources and think about the poor. |
