the problem is my hiring manager is jigri dosth to my current vendor manager..they go to the same gym, live in the same community and hang out together.....if my hiring mgr tells her that i tried to introduce some other vendor to her, it will have an impact on my relationship with my current vendor rite.. | ||

Ask your hiring manager if he/she is willing to provide an intro meeting to your past vendor. If she is, go ahead, otherwise tell your prev vendor that your manager is not ready to meet at this time. | ||

I had worked with this vendor XXX (solid vendor) back to back for 3 projects and i have a great relationship with the recruiter and one of the sr a/c mngr ms. jil rani.during my 3rd proj i had to quit in the middle coz i found a better opportunity in wot im doin right now..neways i had to go thr a different vendor YYY for this proj...and this XXX vendor doesn't have a footing in my present client yet.. now this a/c mgr frm XXX vendor is after me to introduce my hiring mgr to her....but my hiring mgr here is a besht besht besht friend of YYY vendor mgr..how do i say a NO to jil rani? i told her iam bound by a contractual agreement with vendor YYY and that my hiring mgr is a real good buddy to the other vendor mgr..aina kuda parledu try cheyyi percentage work out cheddam antondi i don't wanna burn my bridges with jil rani and co..at the same time i dont want any complications at my current work place.....edoka advice kottandi.. |
