OT Infy follows some ethics..He won't ask him to leave once that proj compeltes.. 1. Infy will provide some other project in diff location, if they don;t find in same location. 2. 100 % relocation charges including Flight tickets for Family + 2 kids and for complete furniture. 3. salary will be more than H1B employees coming from india. 4. yearly hikes [2-8%] ..... .... etc.. pay nachhithe join avvamanu..cool job..
