I paid around 2500 Rs per sq/yrd to get it registered (Registration fee and some dues to society) in my name. Just 400sq yrds. I am not comfortable holding it and want to unload it.

hyd does not have any restrictions ooru chivaraku anchulaki poyi kuda pettubadlu petesaru. vizag and vijayawada ki aa scene ledu it can grow only in certain direction hence the high price.
