Xxx:when you list a home, I have a right to buy it ; You never said that other races are not welcome.
If these black couple offered less than the asking price, then the white couple have every right to not sell their home to the black couple... naku president obama telusu, he is from chicago so naku house ammandi ani chepthe ammesthaara? First the black couple need to show somekind of evidence to support their allegations... |

Private citizens can sell or not sell to whomever they want to. It is not some public business or government office to impose restrictions... If I don't like you, I'm under no obligation to sell anything to you. End of story. On the first hand, how come black people got so much money to invest on this home property? |

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/08/10/bridgeport-couple-c harged_n_677473.html A Chicago couple faces federal discrimination charges after allegedly refusing to sell their South Side home to a black couple because of their race. On Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced charges against Daniel and Adrienne Sabbia, and their real estate agent Jeffrey Lowe after they allegedly took their home off the market when a black couple submitted the highest offer, Fox Chicago reports. According to a complaint filed by HUD, the Sabbia's 5,000-8,000-square-foot home on the 3300 block of South Normal had been listed for $1.799 million, and had been on the market for two years. In January, the home was taken off the market when radio personality George Willborn and his wife, businesswoman Peytyn Willborn, made a $1.7 million offer to buy the home--the highest offer received on the property. |
