I suppose this is the final nail in the coffin of shady desi consulting companies.

Last few years we have seen reduction in number of h1b applications due to struggling economy and also increasing scrutiny of desi consulting companies by the USCIS.

Looks like the desi companies will now ask the consultants to pay the fee themselves..
