They could be considered the only true heir of the Ancient Greek tradition of culture. German idealism produced some of the most brilliant and influential thinkers not to mention existentialism and communist were founded in Germany. Alot of influential thinkers went to Germany to learn about their specific studies. The nobel peace prize before world war 2 the only time it really counted for anything the Germans and Jewish won most of the prizes. It is no doubt that the Germans have seemed to conquered every field of academia with brilliant individuals and championed every category of the mind. Read this and you will understand from a French perspective what I mean German people are truly some of the most civilized and cultured people since the ancient Greeks. |
