Painfull, yes.. oka two nights couldnt sleep on the tattoo'd hand.. ofcourse, mine is bigger.. and the pain is totally bearable.. ee pain ni bear cheyyalenivaallu, "langa voni netitho raddai poni" ani paadukodam better ani anukuntunnaa.. Mine is Heman sword piercing a skull.. 2005 lo eyinchukunnaa.. 150$ ayyindi.. perm one.. laser removal would cost around 2K. Nee arm surface area/perimeter ki fit ayyelaa undaali.. chinnadi bujjidi ante mogollaki seap gaa untadi.. and go for green and 'red' colors.. kathhi untadi.. good luck..
