An American friend of mine has been given an offer to marry this Indian woman for a very large sum of money (5 figures) so she can obtain citizenship as quickly as possible... He's never done anything like this before, and is a little worried about getting busted. Do the feds check this type of thing out very thoroughly? Anyone have any first hand knowledge of this type of thing? |
