What government should do is implememnt this in every panchayath/Assembly constituency. Then this becomes one of the indicators for the performance of local government representative such as Panchayath head/MLA etc. This way people can really judge the performance of a sitting representative. Right now it is really hard to find out the achievements of incumbent. | ||

This is good. I really appreciate JP for this initiative. This will not be successful without the following: 1. Since poor do not have access to internet, he should set up small offices in slum areas so that poor can easily lodge their complaints 2. The porgress/success of these kinds of initiative will not be visible/understood with out showing some dashboards for every one month highlighting the success stories. 3. This website should be mobile accessible so that it makes it more easier to lodge the complaints. When I met Chiru, I suggested the same but he did not pay much attention. | ||
