BTW, Anti-Oxidants are good when you r in reducing weight mode..so green tea(also increases sperm motility) or BLueberry or pomegrenate (healthy skin) drink chesthe better..

For example: nuvvu Treadmill meedha 5 setting meedha running chesthaav anukundhaam for 10 mins..
Instead of running for 10 mins on 5 lets do something different ..
3.5 meedha walking cheyi for 2 mins..then shoot up to 6 or 7 ,run for 1.5 mins..after 1.5 min sudden gaa 3.5 ki speed tagincheyi.. same cycle okka 5 to 6 times repeat cheyi..results will be totally different..In this exercise ur heart will be pumping fast even after you stopped running..thus burning calories even doing nothing...

there is accumulated fat around ur stomach..Try doing Abs every alternate day..body needs 24 hrs to form muscle..if you do Abs daily that might not help..

Neeku Lean and strong arms kavali antey...thakkuva weights pettukooo...and ekkuva repetitions cheyyi...like as many as you can...and for as long as you can...but with less wts.....This is like aerobic exercise for upper arms...just like jogging or running for lower limbs....

so, calories burn avuthaii and also lean muscle develop avuthundi...arms will be lean, but strong...

Inka bulky arms kavali antey...weights baga ekkuva pettukoo...and thakkuva repetitions ayinaa parledu...take rest and do few more again...but weight ekkuva vundali.....this way you will build bulky muscle...

but remember, second option ki velli bulky arms build cheste, regular ga maintain chesukovali taruvatha...otherwise you will end up replacing some of that muscle with fat...and it won't look good...
