super active metabolism undali.. so the cardio workout should not be like jogging for 20 mins.. it should be.. like first 3 mins.. 7mph.. relax ur body for 30 secs.. next 3 mins.. 6mph.. relax for 30 secs.. alanti workouts mee gym lo edaina unte try cheyyandi.. ofcourse something like martial arts or boxing would be the best kind of cardio..
body should not get used to working out at the same speed.. appudu metabolism fast ga untundi.. also it is important to watch what u eat.. ofcourse.. no rice.. minimum sugar.. sodium content takkuva undali.. chuss.. ila enni rulesoo..

Pain indicates that your muscles have started recognizing that you are physically more active than you used to be and they realize that you need bigger muscle mass and concordantly, eventually they will increase their size - hypertrophy. Once its achieved, pain stops. So, no need to stop exercising.

Abs lo aa 6pack kanapadali ante.. food intake should be watched, should not let any gas formation.. ila tombbai aaru rules.. unnay.. but if it is just sore.. you should be ok.. target that muscle group again in this week .. maybe 2times a week for each muscle group if you are working out more than an hour and more than 3 times a week. if it is just 3 times a week.. target each muscle group once a week.. ofcourse you have to do some cardio everyday to get the fat out of the ab area.. idi nenu observe chesindi matrame.. no professional experience.. no 6pack yet.. madhyahnam rice tintunna roju.. inka 6pack ekkada..

basically soreness means, muscle fibers have broken due to the stress you have exerted, give it a couple of days to muscle fibers to rebuild, as the muscle group gets stronger, the damage to the muscle is not that great. abs are usually fast twitch muscles, they are anaerobic, that's the reason why you dont go out of breath easily while working on abs, and also can work out for longer sessions on the abs, with higher resistances than the rest of the body.

ab muscles are the one of the strongest muscle group, and almost everyone has these muscles built to a certain extent, the main reason, they are not visible usually due to the layer of fat in the stomach area, especially for guys. make sure you are working on fat reduction if you really want the abs to be visible.

no need to stop.. if you r doing it first time, the soreness lasts couple of days. and the soreness is good.. indicating that you are doing good amount of exercise and muscle is building.. as you progress, it becomes tougher to get sore and you actually crave for that feeling..
