legally your AP will be void and invalid the moment 485 is approved. You are at the discretion of POE officer.Two ways to approach this case when 485 gets approved while on travel. 1.Wait till you receive your physical GC's and have them shipped to India and use them at POE 2.Asalu emi teliyanattu AP use cheseyyandi... ...do you even know that your 485 is approved antadu POE officer....oka mega millions tagilindi annatu wow ani genelia so happy expression okati pettandi..all set...ledu i am aware my GC is approved but i do have an AP ante malli AP ki pampe chances vunnai..personal ga confimr chesukunna that AP is valid only untill your GC is approved ani | ||

naa cousin ki GC dates current ayyayi,, anytime in Aug month lo GC ravachu ani assuming. he has to go to India for 2 weeks in the same timelines. If he go, he is going to use AP.
