I was unable to run for a minute, If I do, my legs were shivering and paining like hell. I went to see Doctor as my legs were paining like hell. Doctor told me that I had very weal bone strength and advised me to take 5000 UI tablets. I took it for a year and suddenly found out that I was having severe lower back pain. Again, I went to see doctor. He did the tests and found out that my vitamin D level was low that last year. Advised me to take Vitamin D tablet everyone. Suddenly, I was finding that my nails were growing faster than normally. Searched in google what was the cause and I came to know that it is because of Vitamin D tablet. Healthy nails grows faster. Check your Bone strength...it might be for your or for your parents. its time to tweak them. A Million Words Would Not Bring You Back, I Know Because I've Tried.
