Interesting. Never heard of karma being linked to thoughts and not just actions. You just can't have pure thoughts all the time when you live in a materialistic world. It's all about how to control your thoughts and make sure those thoughts won't tansform into bad actions. You can't tackle an enemy without emotions unless you are a trained soldier participating in a war. | ||

I think this is not true, duty ante kasi tho chese vallu kooda untaaaru. It can any duty including our jobs. Ento mandi kasi kurrollani choosina, who go above and beyond for any given job. Basic ga duty ante anta kasi. | ||

In the last two weeks we have discussed a lot about gangs, rivalries,factions..going by the number of posts and views these threads were very popular.. According to karma you reap what you sow....our actions influence our future and future births.... how to define an action?....is it only some physical act or does it include our thoughts and emotions ....people tend to hate or love objects, individuals,races,classes, communities, countries...how these hate & love dynamics effect them according to karma....also how much is the responsibility of an individual for these emotions ...for example many people don't like snakes.....they can't help it ...it's built within their system...How this kind of inherent like or dislike effect their karmic trajectory....also many people can't control their anger,like or dislike though they understand it's not correct...many of us ordinary folks hate our enemies....In mahabharata did yuddistir hated kauravas?.....Did ram hated raavana?...what should be our attitude and approach towards our enemies so that we are not negatively effected by karmic exchanges with them?... |
