any thing in excess is not good...SOY ki akkada cheppina side effects are not proven......

SOY is good.....Tofu is best source of protien....low fat tofu tho pandaga chesukondi.....

US lo vunnappudu naa gym lo friend SOY milk thaage varu......I donot drink milk..so naaku first hand info thelvadhu.....but they are doing pretty fine....

Soy is good.. I used to drink soy milk as i used to have gastric trouble with Normal milk..

Kaani soy milk taagithe adedo gonthu antha garukuga untundi.. but good at many things.

konni countries lo normal milk totally avoid chestaru.. only soy milk.

thelayadu mama..i am not a vegetarian and there are umpteen sources for me to get protien ..soy gurinchi just vinnadi cheppa, i guess moderation lo ok anukunta..AFIK

Chik peas is another food with lot of protein, may be thats a better option
