Is the JailBreak for 3G only or works for 3GS? I am on 3GS running 3.1.3. If JB is available, then I will upgrade to iOS 4.0.

My mistake. Not for 3GS owners....3GS owners will have multi-tasking. Although apps should be updated to support this feature

Main reason to go for iOs4 is multi tasking. I guess its missing for 3G and 3GS owners and only iPhone4 is getting it? I will be playing with my new piece of iPhone4 on 24th.
