kaani its not advisable to do 1and half hr cardio at a time. muscle loss avutundi. inditail gaa it wil tap into ur fat stores but eventually muscle loss avudhi in long cardio sesions. general gaaaaaa 45 min chesthe manchidi. 1 hr is also ok. anduke do HIIT. 1 andhalf hr lo 1500 cal steady state cardio lo burn chesthe, ade 1500 neeku stamina unte HIIT lo 45 min lo cheyochu. or split ur cardio session in two. one morning and one evening. eat some carbs before cardio. Rowdyalludu:mama 3 months lo 20 lbs ante raqcha . icnlude protien in ur diet and veggies.the more the veggies the more healthier weight loss.more protiens, moderate good fat and veggies. cut down on carbs. keep the carbs less than 100 gm a day. et 5-6 meals. more meals less portion size is the key. include protien in everymeal. do weights boss. weights is the way to go for weight loss.abdominal work alone dosent do any good to you now. include abdominals in ur whole workout regime.
