general gaaaaaa 45 min chesthe manchidi. 1 hr is also ok. anduke do HIIT. 1 andhalf hr lo 1500 cal steady state cardio lo burn chesthe, ade 1500 neeku stamina unte HIIT lo 45 min lo cheyochu. or split ur cardio session in two. one morning and one evening. eat some carbs before cardio.

HIIT is high intensity interval cardio. google lo kottandi meeke ardham avutundi.

Nenu 40 min session lo 3.4-3.5 miles and 450-470 cals burn setha. aa tharuvatha oka 40 min weights and abs chestha.

racha mamaaaaaa. very very good. thats the way to go. fat full ga tagginchaku. ur body needs fat, so use good fats like flax oil, fish oil, kirl oil, olive oil, nuts, avacado. ataleast have 50 gm of good fat per day.

inka 1000 call on treadmill is awesome. serious gaa cheppali ante nenu antha cheyyalenu. running lo nenu chala weak. nenu always weights chestha. if I need running effect i use a different weights routine that will make me swat like anything.

this season i am planning to work on my cardio strength.

mama ee thindi one day babai. kumbal kumbal tineyam kada :d measure chesukuni thintam. meat 5 oz, cottage cheese 1 cup per meal. basical gaa nuvvu 1000 calories oka meal lo thinte nenu 500 call 2 meals lo thinta. no of times avvatam valla neeku ekkuva foiod laga anipistundi anthe. i eat 3000 cal when bulking, and anywhere between 1500-2500 cal when cutting.
