Rasp, Naa personal exp sebutha inu. I am not sure how the rule is now..but few years back ..you can apply for ITIN only with your Return. Seperate ga apply seyyalevu..but ippudu allow chesthunnaru emo. Nenu emi chesanu ante.(suggested by local IRS)..filled in "applied for ITIN" in the ITIN box and attached the ITIN application along with it. | ||

Old system lo may be before 2003, one can apply for ITIN any time by visiting an IRS office near-by and the ITIN would be approved within 2 months. There was a change later, and you can apply for ITIN only while filing TAX. BTW, Why do you need someone to file for you? H&R block emo almost same procedure, kaani SSN field lo blank kakunda temp ITIN number (vaadi software random ga generate chesthondi), petti file cheddaamu. ITIN vachina tarvatha amended return malli file chesi andulo correct ITIN pedudhaam antadu. Ikkada twist enti ante first time file chesthunnappudu joint deductions teesukokunda takkuva return vasthundi, amended return file chesaka miglina amount(with joint deductions) return vasthundi antaru. Meeru pellaina kothalo ela chesaru? This Q applies only to the case where Wife is not eligible to get SSN. |
