GC is for future employement, so if you have good relations you can continue process. I dont think thats possible with White guys. its possible with desi companies |

Rowdyalludu: need answers to 2 scenarios 1) If I start the labor process with my current company and after it is approved, If I switch companies ,then I would have to start over again. But, if the dates become current then will the first labor priority date be applicable in this case. 2) If I switch companies before my labor gets approved . what will be the status of the application. Would the company generally cancel it immediately or will the labor get processed?
1)doesnt matter with dates. the company can use the approved labour certificate for any individual of their choice. even you can continue to use it if you have good terms with the company. if you want to use the Labour priority date your process should clear i-140, then even if you switch to another company and start GC all over you can use the earlier company priority date. 2)the labour will be processed and approved. if its not used with in 90 days it gets invalid. |

Labor is for the position. Not for a person. your company may choose to use the labor for somebody else. :: Software Industry naa molangaa sarva naasinam ayipoyindi :: |
