HDFC is much better in terms of service and user friendliness. And it has almost ALL the services that ICICI offers in net banking/tele banking Recent india trip lo 4 in 1 account open chesi vacha... need to start using it as a primary account from now on. My icici debit card expired 1 month before india trip. 2 years bank same situation for me. worst bank of all. If you forget your password, you are screwed. sometime back i forgot my online password. I couldnt request for a new one because,i moved to a new address, therefore inorder for me to get new password, i had to make adress change request first for that , i had to fill in several forms and mail them (postal mail). That took 20 days. Later on when i called to enquire about it, the said my permanent address and communication address are different. i told them both my permanent address and communication address are same. Malli, i had to fill in another form for that. Another 20 days gone. | ||

I was trying to add my friend as a receiver to send money. For confirmation they sent a sms. Earlier, either you can enter the code that you get in sms or call the tele banking service and then go through their 3rd degree interrogation to activate the new account. Now they have stopped that as well it seems. If you want to change your mobile number then you need to personally visit the bank with the ID proof and mobile so that they can verify both. Wtf??? NetBanking lo username/password tho login ayyaka you can transfer/send the money to any account but you can't change the phone number. Doesn't make any sense...
