Hiring picks a cycle or two after market conditions improve, I do not think they go together. Once economic conditions start to stabilize, employers slowly start to remove those hiring freezes, not before. | ||

Isn't $5000 break better than nothing, which is what they get on new hires? Hiring is almost on the back burner for all size businesses. If a small business is hiring someone today, they are doing it only if the resource is absolutely necessary. To get a 5000 tax break on that hire is good for that small business. | ||
