Raogaru, whats the difference?


visa will be issued out side country to enter into usa on a given status (ex: h1-b).

once you enter into usa...on a status (h1-b) with a valid visa...you can stay in usa untill your status expires even if the visa expires. before the status expires, h1-b expires, you can renew and stay in usa without need to renewal/visa-stamping... you need new visa only if your visa expired and you are travelling outside usa and want to come back..
