Drunk Driving, okadini guddina maa friend guilty plead chesaadu, I think it is a felony. Library lo konni weeks free ga pani cheyyipinchukunnaaru. Visa lo emi problem raaledu anukontaa. Idi jariginappudu he was on F1, he mentioned this incident while applying for H1. He had a good attorneys though, both for DUI and Immigration.

go for this option...also in the meanwhile try talking to the judge or hudge's clerk to get some sort of good certificate at the end of probation. veelu ayithay alcohol counselling kooda teesukomanu, as an effort to show the judge that you are trying to make corrections.

go for this option...also in the meanwhile try talking to the judge or hudge's clerk to get some sort of good certificate at the end of probation. veelu ayithay alcohol counselling kooda teesukomanu, as an effort to show the judge that you are trying to make corrections.
naa friend okadu ilanay chesaadu...probation/counseling anni classes attend ayyadu and took all the papers with him as a just in case...he did not have aby problem for h1b stamping

recently one of my friends has been arrested for a couple of hrs in Public intoxication case (state of TX). (Not the case of Drunk and Drive) Now he is on H1B.

He pleaded guilt, municipal court given him 3 months of probation. He needs to go back to India to get H1B stamped.

1).Do you think it is better for him go back(for stamping)once he completes
probation?
Will the court give him any evidence that his case is Dismissed, so that he can show at the time of visa interview.

(Thats what they told him, after successful completion of probation, case will be dismissed)

2). Does He need to mention arrested in H1B visa application?

3). How are the chances H1B visa denied on Class C misdemeanor?
