If you really want to explore the reality pertaining to your mind, actions, feelings, sensations, thoughts, dreams, hallucinations, thought about thought etc etc try vipassana....which is a great technique and you will feel really amazed, yet you will keep learning that nothing in this world permanent PROVIDED you are really 100% practicing and giving your effort, which is almost an impossible task, yet if you give 50% of effort you are good,

praanayaama best bro .. simple and effective .. breathing varaku chaala manchidi ..

Concentration kosam aithe quiet meditation chaala best .. all you need to is sit in padma-asana and chant "Om" in a quiet room ! that to me is the best one .. 30 mins cheyyagaligina the day will be very very effective !

After meditating with the employees of the company for a while, Dr. Kalam interacted with them and answered some questions put to him by some of them. He said that the answer to terrorism and separatism was eradication of poverty.

When an employee asked Dr. Kalam about his opinion on the bifurcation of the State, he wondered if the person who raised the question was a "politician". The former President giving an indirect answer said that in a democratic setup the will of the people should ultimately prevail.

But due importance should be given to economic development, he observed.

He asked the youth to set for themselves a goal and concentrate to achieve it.

To a question about the job that he liked the most - scientist or the President, Dr. Kalam said that he liked teaching the most.

In a free-wheeling session, questions were asked about reservation for women in legislative houses, corruption, poverty and development of the country visa-a-vis other countries, both developed and developing. Dr. Kalam patiently answered all the questions.

Siris company founder G.S. Raju, noted urologist Chadalawada Nageswara Rao, former Mayor Jandhyala Sankar and others were present.
