First compare earning and savings and what we get for 10 years if we stay here or in india

I hope NrI who are returning might get better package

On an average assume H1 gets 70k in USA with one kid and India 70laks per anm


Usually H1 in USA live in hope of getting GC and forgo all like family,happyness ,relatives

In India we just tune life style and life in what we have
