What you fill in W4 is just a guideline for federal and states to cut your taxes. Just for example, your taxes every year is 1000. you are paying 100 every month and government is paying you back 200 after filing taxes. Now, you canchange that to 50 per month and pay 400 with your tax filings. As long as fed and state are getting their money, they won't complain. | ||
