yeah...the problem is its obvious mama....but the journey to the end is spectacular....so i thought if scorcese had changed the script to make the emdin more compelling then he had a master piece in his hands | ||

teddy aney kurrod main character in movie... we r briefly told about his childhood ...how he is phobic to sea n stuff... cut chesthey teddy is an adult...becomes a US marshall....he along with an other US marshall chucky goes to shutter island to investigate the disappearance of a patient(prosoner)...what is shutter island? the story is set in 1950s....aa rojullo there was not enough breakthrough in the field of psychiatry....so they still didnt know how to perfectly adress the issues of severe bi polar or schizo....and you have so many people who r deranged and in a state of that illness commit gruesome crimes....shutter island is the place secluded from outside world where all these criminals who committed their crimes consumed by this disease are help in captive... In this place they are treated for their disease and also used as a subjects to understand the bavioral pattern of many psychological dis orders...the island is like mix of hospital n a prison...its headed by a shrink(a doc named crawley is the head)....and guarded by security... Now who escaped from the shutter island?? A woman named rancho .... Wats her deal??? She killed all her 3 children one by one by drowning them in a pond next to her house....and once every child is killed she arranges the dead bodies on the dinner table and invites the neighbour to have breakfast with her...neighbout gadu occhi V oack iyyi cops ni pilichi gets her arrested...so when such a woman is escaped then definitely its a cause of concern as she can hurt other people too... So teddy n chucky goes to shutter island to investigate wat happened to her.... and they keep talking to all the staff n security n in the process they find some codes n they meet some severely deranged inmates n eccentric doctors.... and they realize that the woman escaped definited had some inside help.... and when they start to investigate further the doctors their get insecure.... and suddenly they say she is back...they found her... But teddy is not only interested in that missing woman but he is also looking for some richard.... who is richard??? he is the guy who caused the fire accident in teddys apartments which kills his wife...he is then convicted and bought to shutter island....teddy wants to find him n kill him for murderin his wife.... When teddy talks to inmates he gets a feelin that the doctors instead of treatin their patients are using them for some inhumane experiments for testing some drugs n methods that can be used in warfare.... So when teddy starts feelin something fishy with the island n doctors suddenly the doctors say they find the missing patient ..teddy meet that woman...so he goes to her cell.... She sees teddy and talks to him like he is her husband... and then teddy finds out from some inmates n guards that doctors are going to trap him n not let him leave the island forever...they want to turn him into an inmate as he knows too much about their business..teddy n chucky wants to escape..there is no way u can escape from that island unless u find a boat... Did they escape?? why the missin patient called teddy her husband? Is she really the missing patient? are the doctors really doin bad shit in that place? did teddy suceed in killin the murderer of his wife? are teddy n chucky really the ones they r claiming to be??? iyanni and many qucchins will be answered towards the end.... tookie ga idhi story n premise | ||

yes...thats why i said they should make some changes to the script rather than faithfully adapting the book....if they can apprach it as a genuine conspiracy theory kinda story then i will watch....or else wont ani decide ayya....there r lot of movies on these topics | ||

I think if someone starts this book they cant take a break till it ends...fully engrossing....book ipoyina tharwatha u will feel exactly like wat the lead character felt in that book....okkasari split personality,schizo,psycho,bi polar anni kalipi kodathai....u donno if u r wat u think ur or ur different.... again this split personality is the most abused concept in films but yet this one stands out for the narration.... got to see how scorcese is going to adapt this into movie....but unless they make changes to the script towards bomma will end in a nostalgic manner similar to a secret window ... but book is really good... |
