Dts... I am NOT SURE about your statement that IAS & IPS doesn't need to follow the instructions from the politicians. As far as I know, TOP POLICE OFFICER in the state HAS to follow Home Ministers orders. He/She can decide NOT to FOLLOW, but it goes against his DUTIES. I might be WRONG. | ||

--Gsn1 No, police does not have to follow politicians blindly. Politicians are responsible for creating laws that all. Police is responsible to execute the law and in executing law they don't have to listen to politicians. But in today's politics politicians are poking into law implementation that's why people are being mislead. Looks like finally Govt. is taking some action on the people WHO RIOTED on gossips. I read in the papers and saw on TV9 that more than 100 cases have been registered and almost 300 people are ARRESTED and looks like THEY INCLUDED TV channel names in ALL THE CASES. Good going... Keep it UP. FINALLY GOOD STEP our USELESS GOVT. |
