This is for PIO or OCI.. who are Indian origin but not Indian citizens.. but I guess it will be restricted for those in Indian subcontinent countries.. fiji.. westindies etc.. it wil be only for those who are from White countries.. basically this is business driven.. but.. it is dangerous... | ||

NRI's antey ippudu evaru? who stay abroad but still carry an indian passport? Or PIO's who are people of indian origin but are on diffrent passports? If the first line is correct....then they can vote now also kadha? whats the difference? would they set up an internet ballot or something?
