It is known news that the movies âDaana Veera Soora Karnaâ and âKurukshetramâ went on with simultaneous shootings and released the same time in the year 1977. While one was made by NTR, the other was made by superstar Krishna. The common factor is that singer Ramakrishna sang in both films. Well he name is Rama Krishna and hence sang for both âRama Raoâ and âKrishnaâ. In one incident, during the making of both DVSK and Kurukshetram, it seems that NTR asked Ramakrishna in a lighter vein âMaa Kitti gaadu elaa chestunnadu?â (NTR with love used to address Krishna as âkittigaaduâ off the record). Ramakrishna said that all was well. Meanwhile, superstar Krishna is said to have paid higher to RK for rendering his voice to the songs and requested that he should give a much better performance than for the venture of NTR. Well, NTRâs film became a super hit while Krishnaâs flopped. Apparently, Krishna was said to be upset with Ramakrishna for a long time and he said why the singer did injustice. âEmiti! Ramakrishna garu! Annagaari kante meme meeku ekkuva ichchaamu. Ayinaa maa audio ni hit cheyyaleka poyaaru mee gonthuthoâ.
