The only drawback in this camera is battery. It has all other good fewatures like VR, Powerful Optical Zoom etc. Usually for these type of cameras I prefer to have lithium ion battery which gives you long life. But if you can live with a regular battery charger then go for it. Usually the battery capacity for lithium ion is more than regualar ones. Good Luck.
