Keep CBN aside, TDP is a regional party: it doesn't matter whether or not TDP nods for separation unless its the ruling party in Centre. As a ruling party in centre its their duty to draft/propagate/voice/execute/implement policies pertaining to a division of a state. Congress never said it will divide Telangana. It just said "we are with Telangana": it does not mean that division is the only way for being with Telangana. In 2009 elections in the first phase of elections Congress said: "Telangana abhivrudhi maatonE saadyam" and in the second phase it categorically denied any chances of Telangana being a separate state.
