Chesterton • Our membership base is sizable and increasing year after year. • We have large number resource pool that is talented and skilled. • Generally/Usually it was happening to reach/meet only know talented member of MCIA to seek their thoughts/advises to frame the programs. This known population would be 15 – 20% of total MCIA members. In this process, I believe unknowingly not reaching the rest of 80 - 85%. • I understand that some of our members may not have time to participate directly through committees but they will have certainly novel thoughts, past experience and enthu to share. • I didn’t think we have any mechanism to come-up and share their ideas. • In recent times, some of our own folks were sharing/expressing their opinions/thoughts on different platforms like blogs and other informal talks. • For all such people, MCI would like to extend an open offer/invitation to all the member interested to share thoughts. • Your thoughts may be existing program specific or new programs or entire MCIA itself. • Please spare couple of minutes and share your thoughts to see the MCIA in new heights • To take advantage of this opportunity, please write back a mail to ourmcia@gmail.com or phone or meet in person. • I hope we all will work together to see our MCIA • Again I wish you happy and prosperous New Year 2010!
