HSA - is for all your medical exp. The Money deducted on pre-tax goes and sits into that account for all medical / pharma exp. It cannot be used for others. It will sta there for ever even though we donot have any medical exp FSA - lexible spending account is for (dependent care) which is deductced on pre-tax and will be with FSA dept. At the end of the year accumilate all dependent care bills and submit, you get the money back for valid exp. We should take care to choose optimum amount so that it is not over or under. if we go for High FSA and couldn't produce the bills on par, that money is a loss A Person can have both, wife can have one and husband can have one. | ||
