Judge, why should a rule issued by nizam be valid post independant india? Hyderabad is the capital of ap, it denies for andhra + seema people to get jobs there? it is not fair. Did you read sribagh agreement andhra leaders made with rayalaseema leaders? no sane person would agree to those demands? Nagarjuna sagar is at an elevation of 1400 meters. T has more catchament area. mulki rules are set by nizam in 1920 granting rights for locals to get certain % of jobs in adminstration. when nizam ceeded to indian union in 1948, question is do these rules are still valid? They should not be as once hyderabad state is abolished, all rules and decrees set forth by nizam are gone. | ||
