if you have time drive on part of route 66, its historical and beautiful. be careful though since its kinda deserted since this was the original route before 40 came in to existence. If you have seen CARZ movie this is the road that was talked about. Its awesome in some places. sedona is awesome in its formations like Anand tammi said. photographers delight | ||

Definitely a must see - if you like natural wonders.The scale is just magnificent. Sunset lo light and shadow effect on the colors is fabulous. Page lo Slot Canyons are interesting as well. ippati varaku oka 10 times velluntamu memu, maaku pakkane kabatti ante oke 300 miles range anukondi.. so evaru vachina pirst poyedi akkadike. prati season lo oka different canyon experience adi. summer lo velte sufer samma ga untadi depending on the day temp. akkada lodges lo room teesukunte. best time to arrive is towards the evening, you can have a good view of the sun set and you can never get tired of the shadows and the brilliant vistas it throws up. night lo telescope unte malli adokka prapancham you can see the wide open sky and the stars( new moon day aite mari too much). memu unde pradesham lo anni open skies kabatii telescope oka pedda hobby andariki. early morning lo leste aa time lo deers avi almost india lo avulu type lo walking around, so you can have some good time with them. sunrise adi choosukoni full ga enjoy cheyachu. if you are a trek/hike enthusiast you can walk down(pary pony) to the valley floor and you can only appreciate the beauty if you really do that. the river water at the floor is absolutely awesome. rafters ki oka pedda delight. camping spots kooda untayi with some good views around you have a great time. inka sept nuchi weather oct end nunchi slight ga weather changing, you will see the winds picking up a lot, you absolutely need layers of clothing and something warm for your ears. conspicuous by their absence are the deers etc. you might see some snow too sometimes. not a very pleasurable time to go. spring in GC is absolutely awesome if you are a wild life lover and you can see increased levels of water in the river (last few yrs its been bad though). there are few places you can see around GC you can check any of the GC tourism sies. ikkada tammuds cheppinattu the 'chopper' ride is awesome and doable once,kinda gets expensive if you are a family of 4 though. there are few indian reservations around and if interested you can visit them. it takes 2-3 days to really enjoy GC if you are interested in atleast 1-2 of these activities. just driving to GC and watching the canyons and coming back itself is a great experience but not complete if you really want to know and enjoy it a treak to the bottom is a must(but it eats away a full day ) if you go the north rim , bryce canyon is a must. Grand Canyon - is a place with lot of mystic aura. It lies in the eyes of beholder, how they feel. Magnificiant Natural Wonder. For those who plan to go down and comeup on the predefined trial, and have some fun with helicopter rides / rafting it is more exciting You can enjoy the deep silence during the sunset by sitting quietly It is indeed a marvelous place (depends on individual interests) It is better to go in May /June or Sept / Oct . | ||
