The film opens with the 5 year long cruising space ship and James has brilliently show us people floating etc., to give us a feel for space travel. At the same time he should have shown as some sort of gravitational variations and day-night variations so that audience could feel that its a new planet. Of course with the exotic creatures and flora James perfectly scored marks to make us believe we are on different planet. One flaw I immediately pointed out is that the Day and night concept. Only earth has 24 hour clock and 12 month calendar, it will not be true on another world unless the size, distance from the sun is same for the world. The video log seems to use the same American calendar. For me, its like a big surprise this year, as most of the anticipated movies disappointed me. My hope on James did not go in vain. Ok! There are some technical flaws and there has to be, but James captivated the attention of audience through his brilliance. He has created a new world where technology converges with the belief. i.e., what technology did could be done by belief,. Avatar. Of course scientists explain that in technically whereas Na'vi's interpret it as Eywa's blessings. Yes, you are right. But, Jake, during his training with Navi's also says that "she says it's a flow" or something like that. Movie lo not just graphics, but story, moral kooda undhi. District 9 lo aa alien creature was so realistic, during the course of the movie, we see how Vick changes his attitude towards the aliens. | ||

60% of the movie was computer generated. The creativity is just awesome. It's not anther solely devastation movie. This movie has balanced storey. A great movie.
