I don't know what happens in the short term but say take a 5 year outlook, in my opinion Gold will be much higher than what it is today. my simple logic is it will take a while for the US to stabilize the deficits. until they do that USD will depreciate further. | ||

I think this argument is only partially true. it's more to do with the inflation. interest rates penchinantha maathraana US$ peragalani rule emi ledu. it's all relative right! in the higher rate environment if the rates in europe are higher than Fed rates, then what? capital flows to where ever there is a better return. gold price sure correlates (inverse) with US$ index, but not always. | ||
