avunu brother. Moreover these so called experts compare US saying that it has 52 states, but these don't know that in US there are only 2 senators whereas number of MPs get reduced for smaller states thereby reducing control over central government.

In my opinion another state in India is a luxury not a necessity. India being a third world country cannot be compared to developed countries like USA. We first need to become economically independent. Consider a small example, India still there are places where 5-7 persons share a double bedroom dwelling. Whereas in countries like USA not more than 2 people share a bedroom. The only reason behind this is obviously economy. Has India attained a stage where it can have a state for each culture? If that is true India should have 60 states as India used to be 60 countries before British arrived of course that includes Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.

Coming to Telangana, everyone, including the people Telangana knows that statehood is not of immediate concern. But some professors of Telangana region grouped together and persistently insisting politicians for statehood. If democracy is game of majority, what percent these professors form among the people of Telangana? Is this not injecting a small groups opinion on to the majority? Is this democracy? For that these professors have gone to an extent of going for emotional blackmailing using a politician thereby igniting innocent students. What would be the future of these students? Do they know just one OU produces 1 lakh engineers/professionals in an academic year. Does Telangana alone produce enough jobs to those engineers/professionals? Software companies can shit to anywhere, today its Hyderabad tomorrow it could be Vijayawada. Whoever got money can invest the infrastructure. Vishakapathan has meterology, shipping, Nellore has got Sri Hari Kota (ISRO), Bangalore has got ISRO, Bombay has got finance etc. What Hyderabad got except handful of IT companies? Can it attract the same investors if the split happens? Students should think broad mindedly.

Coming to politics, splitting a state is completely the job of central government. Congress knows that its a mess so cannot dare to split the state so involved regional parties which blindly supported for separate state forgetting the basic fact that they are ultimately answerable to people that elected them.

So my advice to my friends in this DB is not to carried away by politics. Let political leaders suffers. They started the game and they have to finish it.
