Completely agree. But that's when you need to come up with fresh ideas. Personally, I don't like wires hanging all around... so i was disappointed.
Guttonkay:is 7" good enough?
No way. Even 10" won't do any justice if you are planning to hang it on the wall. Go for 14" For keeping it on the table 10" frame might do.

Kodak has some good models with wi-fi option. (Try EX811 or EX1011) Ledu extraordinary out of the world quality kaavali ante go for OLED frame. Very expensive If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you |

7" is too small these days in my opinion. That was okay couple of years ago. :-) |

Mr.Hyd thanks for letting me know of the power source issue. One of my colleagues has a mega digital photo frame in his house. I have to see how they hung it on the wall. Dreamcatcher, for gift giving in India purposes, is 7" good enough? |

Guttonkay:
One thing to consider: None of the dig photo frames come with the "battery" option. You need to hook them to a power source. I bought a 14" frame without thinking about that. So you can not wall hang them... unless you don't mind power cord hanging from the wall to power outlet. Also, look for wi-fi enabled frames so that you can transfer the new pics to the frame from your computer directly. If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you |

I bought a 7" Phillips couple of years ago. This has the best interface I have seen so far for managing pictures/albums. I got another 10" Phillips from Costco during thanksgiving, and that didn't have any of the features my old 7" one had. I did not like the color combination of the frame also. Pandigital/Kodak/Smartparts are all pretty much same features wise in my opinion. |
