According to this rule

"This rule can only be used if there is a delay in the LCA certification. The H1B petition must be accompanied by proof that a proper LCA was filed with the DOL and has been pending for at least seven calendar days."

Did your employer already apply for LCA and waiting on it? or he has to start that now?

I don't think you will get LCA in 1 day, couple of years back it was possible now I don't think so.

It was possible untill they let us use the Legacy LCA site (may be untill June/July of 2009) Ippudu 5-7 Working dauys padutundi
