The Andhra Pradesh assembly is most likely to get adjourned sine die, when it reassembles on Monday in the wake of en masse resignations of the Andhra and Rayalaseema MLAs and resignation threat by 20 ministers from the two regions. Pressure is mounting on Rosaiah to find a solution to the ongoing crisis. While the Telangana ministers want that the House adopt a resolution on Telangana, even in the absence of Seema and Andhra MLAs, but Rosaiah says he is not in favour of moving a resolution on Telangana in the state assembly this session. He also told the Congress high command that with the mass resignation of MLAs belonging to the non-Telangana region, it would be difficult to pass a resolution in the assembly. According to CMO sources, there is no other alternative but to adjourn the House sine die and keep all the resignations in abeyance.
