It's true that Andhra and Seema representatives did not represent them properly. That obviously gave opportunists like KCR a chance. Having said that I would like to tell KCR-supporters that don't totally blame Andhra and Seema MLAs they knew Separate state is not poeple's wish, but kept quit after seeing the performance of TRS in elections. No political leader openly make statements that would hurt even small percent of people. During 2009 election campaign, as per University of Hyderabad's survey it was known that 70% of T-people are NOT in favor of separate state.
