I spoke to one realtor just now.. he is andhra guy but settled in Hyd. He said following. 1) people would be little worried to invest in andhra as andhra is prone for many natural calamities. vizag and near places face many depression during rain season. Kurnoon, Vij, Guntur also has same kind of problem. Companies and investors worried little bit to move to andhra for their investment. After couple years even state is divided , it will settle down. People will settle back in Hyd Telangana ichinattu kadu.. central will take care of hyd and controll KCR .. Papayya |
