Rosaiah categorically said and everybody knows including High court, that state formation is in and only in the hands of Central Govt. They why do they need resolution in AP assembly? My dummy questions:- 1. What does Union Minister Chidambaram expect from AP assembly? 2. Does the honourable minister think that 10 MLAs from TRS would suffice for the resolution? 3. Or does he guaranty that TDP and Cong. issue whip and make sure that all of their non-Telangana MLAs vote for the resolution? In my view they will bring the resolution and conduct a secret ballot and it will obviously fail.
