this is what i was worried about, the screwed up mania people will get sucked into, short term lo prices aithe padathai and they will get hyped elsewhere
i dont see any practical reason why it should be that way but unfortunately thats how it will be
if people have the guts to speculate in this market good luck to them they might even make a good profit

I don't think people will vanish from Hyd..nor T people will land over night...speculative buyers ki debba anthe...that too in the short run...

Meru chepindi correct if the land prices would have gone up in a span of 10 to 15 years kani Hyd lo just in a span of 3 to 4 years 4 to 5 times perigayi.. do you think it is because of purchase of land by the people who really need to build a home or business for them self....... major part of the growth is due to because of hype created and very very large investments by a hand full of people... Hyd RE growth ki main karanam ee type investments and NRI's agniki ajyam posaru...

vja pakka orullo(not guntur side) there's lot of scope to new construcion..even on gntr side after managalagiri cheyalante chala lands unnay..once T declared dont surprise if prices shoot to 50% more in those areas...boom peak em kadu mama ipudu...prices chala tagay compared to last yr
