I never understood how carbonated beverages can replace regular water after eating a meal. Some people say they never drink water, only coke or pepsi. My simple solution - I don't stock them in the house. Alcoholic beverages lo red wine is good .. Dont cut it completely.. weekly okati or two cans thaagu.. and dont thing replacing regular soda drinks with diet might be better.. its not.. you might cut down the intake calories, but artificial flavoring kosam use cheshe chemicals are much dangerous than 150calories.. Problem is not only with sugars, but also with caffeine.. asalu naaku ee pepsi/coke bachha aiponai at one point of time.. Diet lu zero lu inka danger..they have other side effects.... They have Asparatame...... If you want to drink once a while sip a normal coke...better get rid of soda than going for diet to satisfy yourself that you are not taking calories. Infact thinking that you cut down on Coke calories...you might feel you can eat a slice of pizza more....and end up eatin those calories anyway | ||
